[music playing] welcome to the best ntu halls. simpsons! we're in lenton, which is abuzzing student community. we're two minutes fromsainsbury's, and the savoy cinema is justaround the corner. we also have a takeaway-- --bars-- --clubs.
everything a studentcould possibly need. there's some car parking on siteif you want to get a permit. there's plenty of storage ifyou want to bring your bike or hire from the university. there's a security gate, so,you always feel nice and safe. and of course, there's the art. we've shown you the outside. now, let's take a look inside. come have a look.
here at simpsons,there's a wide variety of flats that range fromthree to 12 bedrooms. but first, let's havea look at the kitchen. we have all the amenities here. we have kitchen sinks, we havea microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, lots of storage space, aswell as freezers and fridges. [squirt] ah! [laughs] it's also agreat place to socialise. [squirt] tonight we'rehaving a movie night.
[laughter] now, let's have a lookat the standard bedroom. come on in. the room comes with a bedand a great big pin board where you can putall your photos up. a desk, wifi, loads of shelfspace, a great big wardrobe. and the best thing, isan en suite bathroom, which you don't have to sharewith anyone, which is perfect. i've got a twin room.
come and take a look. i've got an en suite here. a little kitchen withmicrowave, cooker, fridge. the living area's goteverything that philipa's has, but two of everything. the reason i like this roomis because you can really make the space your own. there is also a thirdoption, a larger room. but who can we getto show you that?
doesn't your matecharlie have one? yeah! there she goes now. charlie! can we see your room please? this is my room. it's got all the usualthings, like en suite, but loads more space soyou can store your shoes, have mates over.
i use it to do mymorning exercise routine. [gong] [music playing] [laughs] ok. if you get really desperate,we have our own laundry with washers-- --and dryers. so, now, you've seenhow amazing simpsons is, you'd be mad not to choose us.
