here we have our results list from a keyword search for "leadership and public administration" the results show up in reverse chronological order, so the ones at the top are not necessarily the most relevant, they are just the most recent, in the list we get brief information about each item such as the title, the author, and whether or not the item is currently available, if you want to see more information about an item click on its title, this will take you to the full catalogue
record, so we have basic bibliographic information, the call number, which is the book's address on the shelf, the location and whether or not it is checked out, up at the top there is a tab labelled "detailed information" which gives more detail it sometimes includes a table of contents or a brief summary, which can help you decide if the book will be useful to you also at the bottom you'll find a list of library of congress subject headings, which can be very helpful in your search, i'll explain subject headings in the next video about advanced searching
